We understand making changes to an important space. Inevitably you have a lot of questions. What’s the process? What kind of materials are needed? Where to start and what does the timeline to completion look like? Below are a few of the most commonly asked questions. Review them if you’d like, but every project is different down to the studs. What's the typical length of a project?
It depends on the size of the project. Once materials are received our typical turnaround time is 1-2 days.
What is the best flooring?
This is a great question with a broad spectrum of answers but the most direct way to answer is that the best flooring is what best suits your needs in your space. We have the knowledge to match you and your budget to the flooring that works best for you and your family.
What is the best valued flooring?
Great question, and there are an array of answers. Typically, it is pretty easily answered since the advent of luxury vinyl plank. Overall, luxury vinyl plank is the lowest cost with the longest life span in the flooring industry.
However, buyer beware! As with any flooring product, not all plank is created equally. You must be conscious of where the material was sourced and what it is made from. Don’t be afraid to ask the hard questions before you make a purchase.
Who is responsible for project waste?
We can demo just about every floor. Once the demo is complete, we will haul off all material. For commercial or larger projects we can have a dumpster delivered onsite. Either way, we take care of it.
How will payment be handled?
Once product selections are decided, we ask for a 50% deposit and the balance due upon customer satisfaction at project completion.
Where is the flooring made?
This is a very important question for all flooring types. There are many fly by night flooring manufacturers looking to cash in on the flooring market. We only buy from a reputable manufacturer with a long term, tried and true process.
